Women’s Roundtable: Generations in the Workplace Luncheon

Panel includes – Marge Rogler (retired), Susan Moore of Southwest Missouri Bank, Heather Orscheln of Repurpose Boutique, Jade Reed of Halo Salon, and Claire Orscheln of Carthage High School. Attendees will be encouraged to participate and share their thoughts and experiences.

$12 for Chamber members, $15 for non-members. Both employers and employees of companies will find this event interesting as they learn about the key traits of the five generations living in America (Traditionals, Baby Boomers, Millennials, Generation X, and Generation Z). Participants will have an opportunity to share their ideas of how to improve their work environment. Reducing conflict, encouraging teamwork and effectively managing the diverse generations of employees in your organization can help increase your company’s profitability.
