Awards will be presented at the Carthage Chamber of Commerce 2019 Annual Banquet on Friday, January 18. Holiday Window Contest The Chamber invites all retail, restaurant, professional, and service businesses to participate in the 2nd Annual Holiday Window Contest. In keeping with the Carthage Christmas parade, the theme is “Mele Kalikimaka: A Hawaiian Christmas”. Use your creativity to create a magical window that will brighten up Carthage for Small Business Saturday on November 24th, the Mayor’s Christmas Tree lighting and Christmas parade on December 3rd, and shoppers throughout the holiday season.
