Carthage Chamber of Commerce 80th Birthday Party

  • Begins at 11am and ends at 1pm

  • On June 2, 1932, The Carthage Chamber of Commerce was “born” as a means of encouraging local business activity and supporting local businesses in the area. Despite many changes in the social and economic landscape our Chamber has stood the test of time.

    We would like to invite our Chamber member businesses, businesses who would like more information about becoming Chamber members and members of the community to join us to celebrate, Friday, June 1, 2012, 11 a.m.-1 p.m.

    We will serve brats from Cloud’s Meats, chips, and cake from Mercy McCune Brooks. UMB Bank, Wal-Mart and Forest Park Carthage will supply water and soda. The Beimdiek Mega-Fan Dome will be on hand as will the Balloon Guyz, making balloon animals and toys for the kiddos. Hawaiian Shaved Ice will provide complimentary snow cones and we will have lots of fun give-aways.
